About Tesera
Tesera is an independent team building the MCP gateway for on-chain networks. We start with Elysium, live from day one of mainnet, so any AI client can read the chain, understand transactions, ship contracts and act within limits you set.
People already do their work inside AI clients. Every on-chain network should be reachable from the clients they use.
MCP gives AI clients a common way to use tools. Tesera turns that into a common way to use chains: one gateway that any compatible client, such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Devin Desktop, can reach with a single URL, with the same tools and the same limits on every network it serves.
Elysium, the new Layer 2 that Kinetiq built for the Hyperliquid ecosystem, is the first. Tesera goes live with Elysium mainnet on 9 November 2026.
The idea
Why a gateway
Every chain has its own nodes, explorers, docs and quirks. Every AI client has its own way of adding tools.
Tesera sits between the two. It speaks MCP to every client and speaks each chain natively, and it keeps the tools, limits and logs identical from one network to the next. An assistant that can work on one network can work on the next.
Principles
How we build the gateway
We never hold keys
Tesera never holds private keys and never asks for a seed phrase. Anything that changes state is prepared unsigned, and you sign it in your own wallet.
You set the limits
An optional agent key is created in your own wallet, with caps, allowed contracts and functions, and an expiry that you choose. You can revoke it at any time.
Simulate before signing
Nothing is offered for signing until it has been run against live state and explained in plain words, with every balance change shown.
Open about limits
Every action is logged so you can see what the AI did. When the gateway cannot do something, the docs say so plainly.
What comes next
Elysium mainnet
Live from day one with Read, Understand, Build and Act tools, agent keys, the console and the action log.
Contract alerts
Hear when something happens on a contract you care about, in your client or by webhook.
HyperCore data
HyperCore market data on Elysium, once Kinetiq ships its hooks.
More networks
New endpoints with the same tools, limits and logs, so agents carry over.
Tesera is independent and is not affiliated with Kinetiq or Hyperliquid.
